– Three \”free\” days between traveling and school starting back up ~ unpacked, settled (mostly), with some white space on the calendar. Thankful for those open days
– Finishing the Star Wars series! Can’t believe we watched all 6 as a family
– Sitting before the fireplace on a winter morning, knowing that all four kids are upstairs asleep. Such a GIFT
– An evening with the Sanders ~ fun to be together as families, spend a few hours their home
– Getting everyone off to school this morn ~ after two weeks break and lots of late nights, no small miracle
– Watching Downton Abbey with C
– A couple of hours with Bran on driver’s ed ~ lightened my heart
– Helping Basden with her math, she was overwhelmed and I actually enjoyed working with her on her homework. But oh my goodness – scary that her 6th grade math is difficult for me
– Reading with Esther – Her Own Way about Lottie Moon – she’s finally getting into the book. That we are taking the time to read together, and how much feisty, fun Lottie reminds me of Essie
